Just in time for the long weekend (at least here in the US), here's four lovely SL machinimas to watch, montage tributes to Second Life sims shot and edited by Sabina Valeska.

"Every time I visit a sim and feel chemistry with it," she tells me, explaining her artistic process, "it’s like hearing music playing in my head, and that’s when I feel I have to execute it right away.

"I first came across SL by chance in 2009, but it wasn’t until 2016 that I began experimenting with making music videos. Back then, resources were still quite limited—for example, there weren’t many creators producing high-quality animations, and material textures weren’t very advanced yet.

"In 2020, I finally discovered my true passion : Landscape videos. Since then, I’ve continued to refine my editing techniques and adapt them to the ongoing technological progress in Second Life.
