Bits and Pieces of SL is an excellent decor blog by Alexa Maravilla. I am obsessed by this gorgeous post Smile You’re on Camera. The docks are from DRD for The Liaison Collaborative that opened on the 18th. It looks like a great place to party and needs thirty some people drinking, playing pool, dancing, and maybe a local cover band. It looks like a lake resort with the canoes, so they probably sell worms, minnows, and burgers and fries.

I love the color story, black, gold, and sepia. It’s so rich and dramatic. It makes me think of Erté and the age of Art Deco. I didn’t recognize the chair as a chair. Doesn’t it look like half of the body of a guitar. It’s gorgeous and isn’t it time sex chairs were striking and beautiful pieces of furniture at home and in SL. According to Alexa, Ariskea has started a new series of adult furniture. If this is representative, I am sure Aris Pancakewill be successful.

Bits and Pieces of SL is a blog with gorgeous pics and beautifully styled decor. She features only a few pieces and does not credit the rest. I wish she provided links for them all, but people often choose to only highlight items from designers who send review items. Other than that, she does a great job. She provides links to her Flickr and has a Flickr widget. I thought she made a mistake when I saw a page it in the top menu named “Oops Page Not Found.” It’s a clever way to note that she has archived old posts elsewhere.
