Here's the latest episode of Seracast, the fun, snarky, and chatty YouTube show hosted by Del and Kess, co-founders of Seraphim SL, the largest Second Life shopping/event blog — which as I've said before, has a larger readership than many top real life fashion blogs. Watching their show will give you a sense of why that is, what with their pulse on the massive virtual world fashion economy. Some highlights include:
- 7:35: How did Seraphim get started?
- 12:05: Del and Kess go deep on Meta's attempt to make a Metaverse when it can't even launch a virtual currency.
- 14:33: Why do certain SL events not get covered on Seraphim? Which requires "busting a myth ball", since it is, as Kess tells me, a question "that often comes up as an issue for some new events who we can't always cover."
More highlights from Kess:
"We have another giveaway this week for the 9th anniversary of TLC – The Liaison Collaborative. [We also] discuss the launch of an event called fun event on the 25th of March." Also featured: Augustus Gloop and the all-important "Would you drink it?" chocolate river question
