Bunny Fluffz’s pictures are adorbs. And what else can they be? If your name is Bunny Fluffz, you are not going to be posting a lot of post-apocalyptic grit and grime. You will offer darling pictures like “On Cloud 9.” Bunny’s photostream makes me smile because we all need rose-colored glasses from time to time. Why not see the world in pastels and bright lights, especially in a world you can create to your specifications? In our Second Life, we can be optimistic and frivolous and choose happiness even when our first lives beg to differ.

“Pool Days” is another adorable picture of Bunny in cute outfit ready for hanging out at the pool. She has a crochet sweater. She’s very lucky the SL sun doesn’t tan our skin or she would have checkerboard arms. I will never forget the time I French braided my hair when it was wet, went tubing down the Apple River, and when I unbraided my hair it was bleached and unbleached depending on whether it was over or under in my braids. I had spotty hair for a month before it all bleached out in the sun. So take note. Crochet sweaters in the SL sun are safe, but in the RL sun, beware.

I took a peek at her most popular pictures on her About page and saw “Special Treats” and what a treat this picture is. It has that Rockabilly vibe with her “Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives” outfit. However, there is the very edgy inclusion of some cephalopodic details like the tentacles in the hat and drink and the suspiciously pink shake on the table. And what is that in the drink in her left hand? I hesitate to speculate. What would happen if you ordered fried calamari here? 

Bunny Fluffz’s stream is such fun. She has a way of creating such abundance in her pictures. The background is always calibrated to go with her outfit. She adds so many elements you would think there were too many, but there aren’t. Her style is Kawaii which is geared toward cuteness and happiness and abundance often goes hand-in-hand with happiness. She also has a blog called Bunny’s Fluffy World which is a perfect name. It’s a respite, a place of joy and celebration. We need that in this world.
